Turn on Instant Pot® and select Saute function. Brown ground beef with Italian seasoning and kosher salt, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes.

Stir in cavatelli pasta, both cans of tomato sauce, and beef broth. Close and lock the lid.
