INGREDIENTS
Wet Mix
- 🥚 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 🥛 3 tablespoons milk
Breading Mix
- 1 ½ cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
Cooking
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

- 4 pork chops
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
Beat eggs and milk together in a shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley together in a second shallow dish.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until just golden brown. Remove garlic with a slotted spoon and reserve.
Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then the bread crumb mixture until well coated.
Place pork chops in the skillet and cook until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes on each side.
Transfer the skillet into the preheated oven and bake chops for 25 minutes, or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
