STEPS
Combine the ground meat with half of the diced carrots, season with salt and black pepper, and shape into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the meatballs until golden brown on the surface, then set aside.
Using the leftover oil in the pan, fry the remaining diced carrots, add milk, and cook until thickened into a sauce.
Cook the macaroni until al dente, drain the water, pour the sauce over it, add the meatballs, toss quickly, and serve.
