- 160g ito konnyaku
- 50g bean sprouts
- 2 slices ham

STEPS
Boil water in a pot and briefly blanch the bean sprouts and ito konnyaku. Cut the ito konnyaku into bite-sized pieces with scissors. Slice the ham thinly.
Mix the seasonings (ā) in a bowl, then add the ito konnyaku, bean sprouts, and ham. Mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
