Fish
- 🐟 4 whole dried iwashi fish (80g)
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Coating
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs, as needed
Cooking Oil
- Salad oil, as needed

Crack the egg into a tray and mix it. Add the flour and water to create the batter.
