INGREDIENTS

- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Place in a baking dish.
Bake chicken in the preheated oven until no longer pink inside, around 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and shred the chicken.
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent, approximately 5 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese until melted. Add remaining garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and shredded chicken. Remove mixture from heat.
Pour 1/2 of the enchilada sauce into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Fill and roll tortillas with chicken mixture and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Place seam-side down in dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven until hot and bubbly, around 30 minutes.
