INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100-200g pork, any cut
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 2 handfuls of daikon
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1 cup green onion
- 🍄 Mushrooms, as desired
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 2-3 tbsp miso paste
STEPS
Cut pork and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with grape seed oil and sauté the pork. If using fatty cuts like pork belly, skip the oil.
Add prepared vegetables and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry together.
Pour enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam.
Once ingredients are cooked through, dissolve miso paste into the soup and remove from heat immediately.
