INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🥑 1 large avocado
- đź§€ Pizza cheese, as needed
- Mentsuyu (3x concentrated), as needed
Mixed Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice (150g)
- 1/2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 2g bonito flakes
STEPS
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, mentsuyu, and bonito flakes.
Place aluminum foil on a baking tray, set the avocado halves on it, and fill the hollows with the mixed rice. Top with pizza cheese.
Bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with additional mentsuyu if desired.
