- 🥕 1/2 carrot

- 🍗 1 chicken breast
Seasoning
- 100ml soy sauce
- 60ml mirin
- đź’§ 400ml water
- đź§‚ 30ml sugar
STEPS
Cut the potatoes into large chunks.
Cut the onion, carrot, and chicken breast into pieces half the size of the potatoes.
Combine all ingredients and seasonings in a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more water if needed and simmer for another 20 minutes.
