INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/6 head cabbage (400g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the cabbage into 1cm wide strips after removing the root.
Boil water in a pot and cook the cabbage stems for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the cabbage leaves and cook for another minute. Drain thoroughly and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (☆). Add the cabbage and wakame, then toss everything together.
