INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 30g cod roe
Processed Food
- 1 piece chikuwa
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Condiments
- 1 tsp concentrated mentuyu
Liquid
- 1 tbsp pasta cooking water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and divide them into thirds.
Slice the chikuwa diagonally into 5mm pieces. Cut open the cod roe and extract the contents.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (1 tsp, not included in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add spaghetti, pea shoots, and chikuwa, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Turn off the heat.
Add cod roe, mentuyu, and reserved pasta water to the pan. Mix well.
