INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 250g of chicken thighs
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
Seasonings

- 200ml of Japanese-style dashi
STEPS
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large bite-sized pieces.
Cut the bell peppers into quarters vertically and remove the seeds.
Place the chicken in a pot and lightly sauté over medium heat until browned.
Add the potatoes and dashi, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add the bell peppers, cook for another 5 minutes, and season with soy sauce and mirin.
