INGREDIENTS

- 150g boiled firefly squid
Vegetables
- 8 green beans
- š„ 1 potato, peeled and chopped
Seasoning
- š§ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- š§ 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Remove cartilage, eyes, and beak from the firefly squid.
Trim green bean ends and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop the potato, soak in water, and drain. Microwave the potato in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 3 minutes at 600W.
Heat butter and grated garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add potato, firefly squid, and green beans, and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce, and stir until evenly coated.
