- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in water

- 4 bell peppers

- 🧂 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly. Place the peppers in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix tuna, concentrated soy sauce, mayonnaise, and black pepper.
In another bowl, combine the microwaved peppers with the tuna mixture and toss well.
