INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 bok choy, sliced
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced

- 60g vermicelli noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- To taste black pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź’§ 200ml water
STEPS
Soak vermicelli noodles in water until softened. Slice red bell pepper into thin strips. Separate bok choy leaves and stems, slicing each thinly. Mince garlic.
Heat sesame oil and minced garlic in a pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add bok choy stems and salt to the pan, stir briefly. Then add water, vermicelli noodles, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add bok choy leaves and red bell pepper. Stir-fry everything together and season with black pepper to taste.
