INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 3 abalones
- 80g glutinous rice
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🎃 1/2 pumpkin
- 🍄 1/2 king oyster mushroom
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
STEPS
Soak 80g of glutinous rice in water.
Clean the abalones thoroughly using a toothbrush.
Separate the abalone meat from the shell using a spoon.
Remove the teeth from the abalone and rinse clean. Dice the abalone meat finely.
Add soaked glutinous rice, diced abalone meat, abalone innards, and 1 tbsp of perilla oil to a pot. Stir-fry lightly and cook on high heat.
Finely dice 1/2 carrot, 1/2 king oyster mushroom, and 1/2 pumpkin.
Add the diced vegetables to the pot, pour in plenty of water, and boil on high heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Reduce to low heat and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
