INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt and pepper, soy sauce, mayonnaise, garlic) into a plastic bag and massage well. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the bag and coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (about 3cm deep). Fry the chicken pieces for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
