- 🐟 2 fillets yellowtail
Coating
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger juice
STEPS
Cut the yellowtail fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ginger juice) and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Pat the yellowtail dry and coat each piece thoroughly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to a medium temperature (170–180°C). Fry the coated yellowtail pieces for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
