INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🥛 60g unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and make shallow cuts 1–2 cm apart. Flip it over and poke holes in the skin with a fork, then cut it in half.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a plastic bag, add the chicken, and massage to coat. Refrigerate for about 5 hours.
Place the marinated chicken skin-side down on the grill rack and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes. Flip and cook for another 7 minutes until fully cooked.
