INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 turnips (about 200g)
- 1 tbsp dried cut wakame
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried baby sardines
Seasoning

- 2 tbsp vinegar

STEPS
Peel and slice the turnips thinly. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt to create the sweet vinegar dressing.
Combine the turnips, wakame, and dried baby sardines in a bowl. Pour the sweet vinegar dressing over and mix well.
