INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 stick kamaboko
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Ume Katsuo
- 2 umeboshi (pickled plums)
- A pinch of bonito flakes
- A small amount of sesame oil
Tuna Mayo
- 1/2 can tuna
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- A small amount of sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the kamaboko into 1cm thick pieces and make a cut in the middle of each piece.
Remove the pits from the umeboshi and mash them. Mix the mashed umeboshi with bonito flakes and sesame oil in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, and sesame oil thoroughly.
Stuff the kamaboko slices with the umeboshi mixture and tuna mayo mixture. Arrange on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
