INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 2 large chicken thighs
- Enough oil for frying

- 🥚 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
B
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
C
- 6 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🍬 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- đź§… 6 chopped green onions
STEPS
Mix the ingredients in category B in a bowl.
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, remove excess fat, and marinate with category A ingredients. Coat the chicken with the mixture from category B.
Heat oil to 170°C and fry the chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes. Drain excess oil thoroughly.
In a microwave-safe container, mix all category C ingredients except green onions. Heat uncovered in a microwave at 600W for 20 seconds, then add the green onions.
While the chicken is still hot, toss it with the sauce from step 4 to coat evenly.
