INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 130g mustard greens (karashina)
- 🥗 150g grated daikon radish
Seasoning
- 4g bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the mustard greens into 3cm pieces. Grate the daikon radish and squeeze out excess water.
Place the mustard greens in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a separate bowl, combine the grated daikon, bonito flakes, ponzu soy sauce, and the prepared mustard greens. Mix well.
