INGREDIENTS
Fish
- š 150g katsuo (bonito fillet)
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
- š§ 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain.
Cut the katsuo into 1cm thick slices.
Mix the ponzu soy sauce, yuzu kosho, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Add the katsuo slices and onion to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate, topping with kaiware sprouts.
