INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 🧈 ⅓ cup butter
- 🧂 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 🥨 1 ¼ cups crushed pretzels
Filling
- 🍋 ¼ cup key lime juice
- 🥛 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
STEPS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in white sugar. Remove from stove and mix in crushed pretzels. Press mixture into the prepared pie plate.
Bake the crust for 7 to 9 minutes. Let it cool before filling.
Mix key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour into cooled crust.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator overnight.
Pipe thawed whipped topping decoratively around the outer edge of the filling using a pastry bag before serving.
