INGREDIENTS

- 16 kibinago fish (160g)
Seasoning

Coating
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
STEPS
Wash the kibinago fish with water and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry again with paper towels.
Lightly coat the kibinago fish with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 180°C in a pot, about 3cm deep. Fry the kibinago fish until golden and crispy.
