INGREDIENTS
Napolitan
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
- 🌭 2 sausages
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp salad oil
Carrot and Apple Salad
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🍎 1/4 apple, sliced
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp sugar
Corn Soup
- 🌽 50g frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 💧 100ml water
- Parsley for garnish
Thickener
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tsp water
STEPS
Cut sausages diagonally into quarters, slice onion thinly, and slice bell pepper into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add sausages and vegetables, and sauté until the onion softens. Add ketchup and a bit of spaghetti cooking water, then mix in the cooked spaghetti.
For the salad, julienne the carrot and sprinkle with salt, then massage and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water. Slice the apple thinly and mix with lemon juice and sugar in a bowl.
For the soup, mash the corn in a small pot, add consomme, salt, milk, and water, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the potato starch mixture to thicken. Serve with parsley garnish.
