INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 6 slices pork loin (120g)
Vegetables
- 6 green beans
- 60g kimchi
Dairy
- đź§€ 4 pieces processed cheese (40g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Breading
- Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
Oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Place green beans on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse in cold water and drain. Trim both ends. Cut processed cheese in half.
Overlap 3 slices of pork loin slightly, season with salt and pepper. Place 3 green beans, half the kimchi, and half the processed cheese on top. Roll tightly from the edge, sealing the ends of the pork. Repeat to make 2 rolls.
Prepare batter by mixing egg, flour, and water in a shallow dish. Dip the pork rolls into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a frying pan, about 2cm deep. Fry the rolls for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
