INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 30g glass noodles
- 60g kimchi
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 🥒 50g cucumber, julienned
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Julienne the carrot and cucumber.
Boil water in a pan and cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
Mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Combine the carrot, cucumber, kimchi, and glass noodles in the bowl with the seasonings. Mix well.
