INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
- 2 cups of kimchi (finely chopped)
- 300g of pork (diced)
- 2 tablespoons of Korean spicy sauce
- 1 cup of fish cakes (chopped)
- 4 cups of water
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the pork and minced garlic.
Once the pork turns golden brown, add the kimchi and continue to stir-fry.
Add water and Korean spicy sauce to the pot and bring it to a boil.
When it starts boiling, add the fish cakes and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the soy sauce to adjust the taste, then turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.
