INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 2 packs of ramen (noodles and soup base separated)
- 1 cup of kimchi (finely chopped)
- 150g of pork (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup of rice cakes (optional)
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🥣 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 🍬 1 teaspoon of sugar
- đź§„ 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
STEPS

Boil the ramen noodles, rinse with cold water, and drain the water.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced garlic to release the aroma.

Cook the pork until done, then add kimchi and rice cakes, stir-frying for another 3 minutes.
