INGREDIENTS
Broth and Seasonings
- 1 cube of broth
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp tuna fish sauce
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups kimchi
- 1 cup kimchi juice
- đź§„ 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 200g pork belly
STEPS
Place the pork belly into a pot and stir-fry on medium heat.
Add kimchi and chopped garlic, then stir-fry to bring out the aroma.
Add red chili powder, rice wine, and tuna fish sauce, mixing well.
Add kimchi juice and 2 cups of water, then bring to a boil.
Add 1 broth cube and simmer for about 15 minutes, adjusting the seasoning.
Sprinkle a pinch of pepper to finish.
