INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 Kimchi 2 cups (chopped)
- 🍢 Tofu 1 block (diced)
- Pork 150g (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- Chili powder 2 tbsp
- Korean soybean paste 1 tbsp
- đź§‚ Korean soy sauce 1 tbsp

- Green onion 1 stalk (thinly sliced)
STEPS

Place kimchi and pork in a pot, add 3 cups of water, and bring to a boil.

Once it starts boiling, add chili powder, soybean paste, and soy sauce, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add tofu and simmer on low heat for 5 more minutes.

Add green onion last and bring it to a quick boil to finish.
