INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 Sour Kimchi 300g
- Pork 200g (belly or shoulder cut)
Seasonings
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Anchovy broth 800ml
STEPS

Boil anchovy broth in a pot.

Add diced pork into the boiling broth and cook.

Once the pork is half-cooked, add sour kimchi and kimchi juice, then mix well.

Season with chili powder, minced garlic, and soy sauce.

Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes and serve.
