INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g pork (preferably pork neck)
- 1.5 cups kimchi (fermented)
Broth Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
STEPS
Place the pork in a pot and lightly stir-fry to release some fat.
Stir-fry chopped kimchi together with the pork.
Add 4 cups of water, then mix in soybean paste and chili powder.
Set the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, then add soy sauce and minced garlic.
Reduce to low heat and simmer for another 20-30 minutes until the ingredients become tender.
