INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 20g kiriboshi daikon
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli
Seafood
- 2 crab sticks
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Rinse kiriboshi daikon in water, soak it in water for 15 minutes, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, cook vermicelli according to package instructions, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the cucumber and shred the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasonings in a bowl, then add kiriboshi daikon, vermicelli, cucumber, and crab sticks. Toss well to combine.
