Vegetables

- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- đź§„ 2 tsp minced garlic

- 🍗 12 pieces leftover chicken
Sauce Ingredients
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey or syrup
STEPS
Chop the onion, green onion, chili pepper, and garlic.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and honey in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat a deep pan over low heat and add enough oil.
Add minced garlic to the oil and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Add the leftover chicken pieces to the pan and stir-fry until the sauce coats the chicken evenly.
Cook until the sauce thickens and clings to the chicken. Serve hot.
