- 1 bag shishito peppers
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
STEPS
Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and rinse them. Blanch them briefly in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
Cool the peppers in cold water. For larger peppers, cut them in half.
Mix the seasonings: red pepper flakes, sugar, sesame seeds, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, green onions, and fish sauce.
Gently toss the peppers with the mixed seasonings until evenly coated.
Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to enhance the flavor.
