INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken wings until browned. Add sake, cover, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove the wings.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel, add the seasoning ingredients (sake, honey, mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce) to the pan, and simmer over low heat. Return the chicken wings to the pan and coat them with the sauce.
