STEPS
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces. Place a slice of cheese on parchment paper and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the rice and chives, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Serve the rice mixture in a bowl, tear the cheese into bite-sized pieces and place on top, then sprinkle with seaweed flakes to finish.
