- 100g chopped komatsuna
- 75g sliced red bell pepper
Seasonings

Trim the roots of komatsuna and cut into 4cm pieces. Slice the red bell pepper into 1cm strips.

Heat the tuna (including its oil) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add komatsuna and red bell pepper, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until softened.
