INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g komatsuna, cut into 4cm pieces
- 100g maitake mushrooms, broken into pieces
Processed Foods
- 20g aburaage, sliced into 1cm strips
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Cut the komatsuna into 4cm pieces and break the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then slice into 1cm strips.
Mix the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a microwave-safe container. Add the komatsuna, maitake, and aburaage, and mix well to coat with the seasoning.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes. Let it sit to cool slightly.
