- š 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized pieces, separating stems and leaves.
Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces using a slanting cut.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the komatsuna stems briefly.
Add the octopus, komatsuna leaves, and stir-fry briefly. Then add kimchi, mirin, and soy sauce, mixing well.
