INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag of komatsuna
Seafood
- 6 oysters (shucked)
Condiments
- đź§„ 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper (optional)
STEPS
Cut the komatsuna into 3cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly. Wash the oysters in a bowl with water and drain.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the oysters and stir-fry briefly over medium heat.
Add the komatsuna, stir-fry, then add water and salt. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve and sprinkle pepper if desired.
