INGREDIENTS

- Komatsuna 100g
Protein
- 🍶 Silken tofu 150g
Seasonings
- Miso 2 tablespoons
- Dashi 600ml
STEPS
Wash the komatsuna and cut it into pieces about 3-4 cm long.
Add dashi to a pot and heat it over medium heat.
Once the dashi is warmed, add the komatsuna and let it come to a gentle boil.
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot.
Turn off the heat and dissolve miso into the mixture.
Lightly mix the soup, reheat gently, and serve.
