INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice (150g)
Vegetables
- 1/4 pack of komatsuna
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1/2 can of tuna (35g)
Seasoning
- 1 pack of bonito flakes (4.5g)
- 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of miso
STEPS
Cut off the root of the komatsuna and slice into 5mm pieces. Drain the tuna can.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the komatsuna and tuna over medium heat.
Once the komatsuna softens, add bonito flakes and seasonings (mirin, salt, miso). Stir-fry until the liquid reduces.
Mix the cooked rice with the stir-fried ingredients in a bowl and divide into two portions.
Place the rice mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and shape into rice balls. Repeat to make two rice balls.
