INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Canned Goods
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil
Condiments
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🥚 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the roots off the komatsuna and chop into 3cm lengths. Place in a microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Return the komatsuna to the bowl and mix with sesame oil and grated garlic.
Add mayonnaise, ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, and canned tuna. Mix well to combine.
