INGREDIENTS

- š„ 3 medium potatoes (350g)

- š§ 10g salted butter

- A pinch of chopped parsley
Seasoning
- 20g seasoned komochi kombu
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on and cut them into quarters. Soak in water briefly and drain.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 8ā10 minutes. Drain thoroughly and mix with butter while hot.
Add the seasoned komochi kombu and mayonnaise, then mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
