INGREDIENTS

- š 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 150g thinly sliced konjac
- š„ 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Thinly slice the carrot. Drain the oil from the tuna can. Remove excess water from the konjac.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add konjac and carrot, stir-frying until the carrot becomes tender.
Add tuna and salted kombu to the pan, stir until the oil coats everything evenly. Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce, then cook until the liquid reduces.
