INGREDIENTS

- 1 block konjac (pre-treated)
- š§ 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- š§ Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- š§ 10g salted butter
STEPS
Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces with a grid-like pattern on the surface. Slice the garlic thinly and remove its core.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic slices, and cook until golden brown. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Add konjac to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the surface is browned.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, butter) to the pan and mix well. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and top with the cooked garlic.
